Flint is an earth night light dataset developed by Chen Fu team of China Remote Sensing Satellite Ground Station, Chinese Academy of Science.
It is further processed on the basis of the monthly products of the NPP satellite VIIRS sensor released by Colorado School of Mines. Compared with the original products, flint provides higher accuracy, stability and ease of use. It can be used to continuously track human activities on the earth's surface.
If you want to know the annual changes of global night light, you can click on WebGIS 2D, WebGIS 2D Animation, or WebGIS 3D.
If you need to do more detailed quantitative numerical analysis, you can visit the disk here.
